We make the changes until it feels like your practice. Two rounds of revisions are included.

Websites for therapists and private practices
We build websites for therapists, psychologists, counsellors and small clinics — in Cape Town and across South Africa. A practice website has a narrower job than most business sites. Someone who is anxious, and often reaching out for the first time, needs to understand within a few seconds who you are, whether you work with what they are going through, and how to reach you. Getting those three things right is most of the work.
Built for the phone, and for a weak signal
Most of your visitors arrive on a phone, often on mobile data, often late at night. So we keep the sites we build light, and they open in about a second even on a poor connection. That matters twice over: it is roughly how long a worried person will wait, and Google has ranked on loading speed for years.
Found, then chosen
A directory listing puts you on a page beside forty other people, where you compete on position alone. Your own website is where you are described in your own words, and it is the thing that turns someone searching for “therapist near me” into someone who messages you in particular.
Kept secure, and POPIA-aware
A website keeps needing attention after it launches: security kept current, backups that are actually tested, and somebody watching who has been trying the door. For a practice there is a second layer, because contact details and anything a client tells you count as personal information under POPIA. So we collect only what you genuinely need from an enquiry, host it sensibly, and keep it inside tools you have agreed to.

- How long does it take to build?
- About two weeks from the go-ahead to being live on your own domain. You see a real working preview before that, and before you pay anything.
- Do I have to pay before I see it?
- No. We build a working preview of your site on our own link, free, and you click through the real thing on your phone. A deposit only books the launch once you have seen exactly what you are paying for.
- Do you work with practices outside Cape Town?
- Yes. We are based in Cape Town and work with practices anywhere in South Africa — the whole process runs over WhatsApp, email and a call, so where you are makes no difference to the result.
- Can I edit the site myself afterwards?
- You can, and you can also just tell us. Your monthly fee includes real work each month, so sending us the change is usually faster than doing it yourself — and if you would rather do it yourself, we set that up for you.
- Who owns the website?
- You do — the code, the content and the domain. You can cancel the monthly at any time and take the whole site with you.
